Clovis Lacerda founded Elógica, one of the first Internet provider in Brazil in 1995. Over a period of five years, he turned the company into a leader in the North / Northeast of Brazil. American PSINet acquired Elógica in April 2000, when Clovis then became the CEO of Inter.net, having moved to São Paulo to lead the consolidation of 10 providers and over 300 thousand customers. In 2002, after moving to the company’s headquarters in Reston, Virginia, Clovis created the Global Fastbee: A multi-tenant broadband company, where he served as President. LeadingQuest was founded in 2004 with the development of a new technology based on IP telephony.
From 2005 to 2007, he worked at InPhonic, a public company selling services and cell phones through e-commerce platforms. Clovis served as Director of projects for the MVNE program focused on providing MVNO platforms for larger companies, such as AT & T, Hawaii Telecom, and others.
In 2011, Clovis founded Parlacom in Brazil, focused on the M2M Platform that has revolutionized the domestic market. He has a degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from the Federal University of Pernambuco. Clovis also received an Executive MBA from George Mason University.
Mr. Tamman has 23 years of professional experience in developing innovative solutions in IT & Telecom industries respectively. He has been specifically working in the last thirteen years in the telephony market, and in companies such as Intelig and TIM (Telecom Italia).
At TIM, he was responsible for the pre-sales team and corporate solutions.
He graduated from the Federal University of Paraíba, has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and specializes in VAS – Value Added Services.
He is Vice-President of Information Technology at the Telecommunications Users Society (SUCESU-PE).
Angela Rea is a lawyer, registered with OAB-SP, having worked as a lawyer in public and private institutions, particularly in the labor area. Angela brings the experience and technical expertise to the challenges of a telecommunications company.
In addition to the administrative, financial, HR, legal and contractual services, Angela oversees and manages the SCM and STFC licenses of Datelo with Anatel, Brazil’s Government Telecom Regulator.
